Salmoneye> My boss has a digital camera and a scanner. but he also can not seem to get anything I hand him to come out he other end of his PC.Like drawings. It is his way of telling me to quit experimenting. But I can discribe it if you have the Toro to understand what I mean. The two back deck pulleys.Between and 1 inch rear is 1/4 (2 X 2 inch) angle iron, just almost reaching to pulley ODs.Its exactly the proper alignment so just drill three holes bolt to deck..The lower L faces forward because you cut two shorter pieces from the angle you started with. Each 4 inch long. They bolt to the long angle upside down to hold the idlers.Use the two you got,(Buy one more for the front)So with the 4 incher bolted on you have made two brackets for idlers. This section now looks like a U.Drill one for an idler.Slot one for the other idler.3/8th holes or slot.Below sloted use flat iron drilled 3/8th to let pulley slide till you tighten the 84 inch belt that connects all three rotors. OK that solves the turning of the rotors with a better grip on middle(front) pulley.NO SLIPPING!OK the front rotor needs an extra pulley for engine to turn rotors. It will be 7 1/4 th OD like all rotor pulleys.Just buy and extra ,bore out some of center (for clearance) Tack weld it on top of front rotor pulley. OK this leaves the need for a 49 inch belt and the EXTRA idler .The idler uses a part of one bellcrank you took off.A 1/2 inch bolt through plate through deck.Use the big belt tension spring hooked on it already.Eyebolt at other end of spring. TRACKING on this idler has to be perfect. You will see how to make a release. But I didnt use the cable.I made a handle. >>I wish I had a 49 inch POLYBELT on front. But used a cheapo fan belt. One picture makes it all simple. But if you look ,It will come to you in your mind.
