I feel for you, but you know, fifteen year olds are smart enough to know when they have been an idiot especialy when the proof is undeniable. Chalk it up to experience and explain to him that this is a good example of why a person has to learn to "think" and if you are going to do the fixin yourself let him help with the work, just try to fight back the urge to make the same mistake that I have made many times in the past of harping on the kid the whole time your working him. Most important of all, let the kid know that he should repent for what he did and then be a good example by forgiving him completely upon that said repentance.
