Dead Carp.. You leave out the most powerful influence in the country .The news/entertainment media which was able to make popular what agenda they chose as fitting to their own politics.Advertiseing is another big factor in what ends up for the consumer to pick from.I dont remember any big NYC ad agency posting a picture of a wheelbarrow tire and saying ,Hey! Look what kind of spare they are sticking in the trunk of this years new auto.The idiots who test the vehicles are little more that prostitutes for those who distribute them.The average person has little effect upon their conditions.Especially couch potatoes who get all their information from TV.
