If I thought for one nano-second that voting would do a bit of good I'd be out there doing it every chance I got. The problem I see is that time and time again I back a horse only to have it forget how to run once it gets in the big race. All talk no action. I think politicians and lawyers are pretty much the same. There may be some good ones out there but they are few and far between. Too many career politicians out there.

I like ret's idea better, yeah it sounds awful but if we had to suffer a loss, it should have been a bunch of liars instead of the family people we lost. The only thing that is going to straighten out this country is a civil war. It's gone too far to fix. It's going to take something cataclysmic, making us start over, to right it.

Everybody knows it's a lot easier to build something than it is to repair it.
