I have no problem with people using religion as their moral guide. However, most people decide that their religion is the only way and they can't respect anybody else's.

Also you have the problem of selective sinning. The bible will say that stealing is wrong so you don't steal. The bible also says eating pork is wrong but you deicide that is outdated. Then you get into some sticky situations when people interpret other parts of the book as outdated and there are a lot of fuzzy lines in this "bible morality"...

My point is, I have no problem with people using religion as their moral guide as long as they can respect others who are still moral but use a different guide.
