At one time i was keeping track of my hand loading, but quit counting at some what over 80,000 rounds of rifle and pistol rounds. At the time i had an ammo mfg. license, and also loaded all the ammo for the local police dept. too.

I also designed some big "rimmed" cartridges for the Valmet 412 combi's and doubles, (based on B.E.L.L. brass) and had guns chambered for them. That ment i had to form the brass, and sell ammo for them too.

I also cast many many thousands of lead pistol and rifle bullets, and swaged many cals. of jacketed ones too, includeing makeing and selling .375 "bonded core" bullets. At the time i enjoyed all of this very much, and i do still have all the equipment to get back into it.

I also loaded 12, 16, and 20 guage shot shells, and have Mec. loaders for those too.

Several years ago i loaded all the brass that i thought i would need for a long time, and boxed all the gear up. Lately i have been thinking of digging some of it out again.

These days i've been mostly hunting with my Krieghoff drilling in cal. 8x57jrs. I have it loaded with 200 grain Noslers. I've taken deer, bear, moose, and other big game animials with it for my freezer, includeing 8 point and 9 point whitetails opening day of deer season this fall.

Where does all the time go??? It seems i never have enough of it!

Robert
