Hey if that's your stove in the gallery, looks like ours could be cousins. mine is about 2 1/2 ft wide, 3 ft tall and 4 ft deep including the water jacket. course mine is a boiler but the doors are almost twins - mine is 3/16 cold rolled with about 3/4" square tacked frame. your opening frame looks about that. door frame is on the hot side though, mine's out front. i just used tacked l-angle for hinges with loose bolts dropped thru them - the door weight keeps it there - never did add the nuts. i first saw the picture and wondered who took one of my stove. where does the black pipe go altogether? :)
