We used to say you could fry an egg on the sidewalk it was so hot.

Don't forget those old vinyl seats in the 70's cars. Man, you did NOT want to sit on that in the summer. Even if it didn't burn you, it would make you sweat and stick to the seats.

I tell you one thing, it's not as humid here on the southside of Atlanta as it is in Columbus. With Columbus being in a valley, it holds in the humidity. Makes you feel like you can't breath, don't want to exert any energy, just stay as still as possible. I don't miss that at all!

Thanks for the laughs! I will send this to Mama, she will enjoy it. She is still fighting being on the internet for more than half an hour. She sets a timer so she won't waste her day away on the computer! She told me to apologize for not being on here like I say she should. She just doesn't want to be sucked into the internet like we are yet I guess. :)
