well I got an idea...got 3 1hp submersible pumps her,,and was wondering what ya'll thought about this...I plan to put one of them in a 8,10,12" pvc pipe about 5-6' in the ground,in a hole that is prob 12" around and lined with brick,,the pipe will have many many holes drilled in it and screen around it to act as a filter,,to this "hole" I will run a culvert from my small pond, the water will run into the hole with the pump and I would use the submersible pump to re circulate the water in the pond...pond is only about 18'x 6' and 3' deep..also there will be a valve on the side of the return line to pump the water out of the pond if need be...do ya'll think this sub pump will do it? too powerful? too weak?..what do ya think?
thanks
