I think Walmart is doing what everybody else is doing. Trying to keep their business going. I have no problem with Walmart. They are not doing anything that 'small business owner american' hasn't been doing for years. Buying competitively priced merchandise and selling it for what they can get for it. Look at Dollar General and Family Dollar stores. They do the same thing. The difference is, what you buy at dollar stores is generally junk. Walmart sells good products and backs them up and will take back anything as long as you have the receipt. Granted they may not buy all american, but they don't sell crap either.
