Spence, it'd be nice if you could still buy something like the old early 50's Dodge power wagon. Them things are tough and look good too.

I've had several 4x4's. The best being a '72 chevy blazer. It would go. Hopped up 350 4 speed and 38.5" tires. I found that 2nd gear in high range and foot on the floor would get through any mud with the practically bald tires. The new ones I put on later just dug in. The old ones had just enough lugs on the side to grip, but not dig a hole.

A 4x4 without a limited slip or posi rear is about like teats on a boar hog!
